The wonderfully spacious ground floor has been carefully planned for easy entertaining with a chunky light oak table (can easily seat 8, or10 at a slight squeeze), squishy sofas (one is a sofa bed), soft moody lighting and a fabulous kitchen. On both sides you have huge glazed sections in both the back and front barn doorways bringing in lots of light.  Consideration has been given for quality, comfort and for the a high spec finish.  All of the bedrooms have king-size beds with two of them having zip-links if you prefer twins. With two shower rooms, a bathroom and 5 loos, this property is very comfy for 10 people.

Access to the garden can be from either the hallway or from the dining room;  entirely enclosed so safe for the kids and dogs.  There is a lawn, a large patio with colourful tubs, furniture and a bbq. Plenty of parking.

Tithe Barn is adjacent to The Hayloft (C484) and Weathervane Cottage (C484a) so excellent for large groups although the design of the cottages allows privacy when individually booked.

This working family farm is on the edge of the village with fabulous Cotswold walks on your doorstep. Five minutes to the 'local' - the golf course which is open to all. A few miles from Kingham or Charlbury train stations for the London/Paddington line via Oxford - express trains so leave the car behind!

In a contemporary style that combines well with pretty country crockery, attractive bed linen and fluffy towels to appeal to all tastes.

Short breaks considered any time of the year (except Christmas and New Year).

Ground floor:    Entrance hall with cloakroom, kitchen through to huge sitting/dining room (with one sofa bed, +£40).

First floor:   Long hallway with sensor lighting, 4 bedrooms - all king-size beds (two zip-links for twins, two with en-suite shower rooms, one with en-suite toilet, family bathroom with bath and shower over.

The bedrooms can be 4 doubles or 2 doubles and 2 twins; please advise your preference when booking.  (If not arranged before you come the beds will be made as doubles to ensure the cottage is ready in time).

If booking more than one of the Lyneham cottages together a damage deposit will be required.

The rates below do not include the sofa bed for which the charge is £40.
