The Barn is very much a home, simply and comfortably decorated but to a high standard. The spacious sitting room has a bright outlook with a huge glazed wall and double height of the original barn and a wood burning stove. There is a terrace for summer dining and in the orchard beyond the garden there is a private tennis court and outdoor swimming pool for lazing on sunny summer days. The River Glymme runs along the southern boundary of the orchard. 

Manor Farm Barn is situated just five minutes from the centre of Woodstock and a three minute walk to the historic and beautiful park of Blenheim Palace, home of the Duke of Marlborough and birthplace of Winston Churchill.

Woodstock is 10 miles from Oxford, 28 miles from Stratford upon Avon and in the heart of stunning Oxfordshire countryside just touching the Cotswolds with pretty villages such as Stonesfield (3 miles) or the bustling Cotswold towns of Chipping Norton or Charlbury . The town boasts excellent bus services from Woodstock to Oxford, Chipping Norton and Stratford upon Avon.
