Eaton Farm Cottage is a traditional cottage complete with oil fired Aga and open fire. The cottage wing of a 17th century Grade II 'listed' farmhouse that is very individual to the owners' style creating a comfortable 'lived-in' feel. A pretty garden to the front of the cottage, with parking at the side. Access to the River Lugg on the farm provides refreshing river walks and private fishing (by arrangement).

Golf facilities are located in the adjacent village of Stoke Prior together with a restaurant and local pub. Situated in scenic countryside on the Herefordshire/Shropshire border about a mile from the unspoilt historic town of Leominster, characterised by its 12th century Minster, which is a renowned antiques centre and is serviced by buses and trains (about a 20 minute walk). In the heart of this beautiful countryside with its many attractions and castles such as Croft, Ludlow and Goodrich. You can follow the 'black & white' and forest trails whilst uncovering Herefordshires' farming and cider making traditions.
