The individual classic style in Oak Tree offers a warm welcome. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen that can cater for that special dinner with dining for 10; outside you have a private terrace with furniture, within a large, enclosed garden that surrounds the barn. 

Children are very welcome; Oak Tree is a pet free cottage (but very welcome next door in The Gallery).  Ample parking.

If you are travelling with friends or family, why not take a look at The Gallery ( C427 ). The two cottages are perfect when booked together.

This rural barn is known as 'King John's Barn' and is set in an elevated position with outstanding views on the edge of Langley Farm, a former Royal Hunting Lodge. The Barn takes its name from the King John's oak which was said to be a rallying point for huntsmen in the Wychwood Forest and is marked on many of the old maps.  Close to the village of Shipton-under-Wychwood with local shops, pubs and hotel. An excellent base for touring, walking and cycling or just to get away from it all! 
 

Ground floor: Entrance lobby/utility area, sitting/dining room with sofabed, kitchen.
First floor : Double bedroom, shower room, second bedroom with a zip-link bed for a choice of a double or twin room with an en-suite bathroom.
