The sitting room's focal point is the stone hearth that has a large, wood-burning stove for which stacks of logs are provided. Fitted, well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, two ovens, hob, etc., and quality furnishings throughout.

The garden has a trellised, rose covered walkway through to your own private orchard that is edged by the fields. Garden furniture is provided in the orchard and a wrought iron two-seater is in the enclosed area just outside the door, so you can enjoy the garden anytime.

Broadwell is a delightful village with many period cottages, a village green and good local pub.
