The Shoeing Forge is a lovely 'upside down' cottage of a good standard.  This cottage has 17th century origins and later additions to extend, sympathetically added whilst retaining character features such as stonework and beams.

Through the front door are the downstairs bedrooms and shower room; go up the stairs to find a bright and sunny sitting room - a lovely room at anytime of the year but especially on chilly days, snug and warm by the wood-burner (basket of logs provided).

The dining room is furnished in old pine and has pretty crockery to cater for 8 comfortably. The double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are on this level. The property has quality furnishings throughout and has 4 TVs, a video, hi-fi (x 2) and heaps of kitchen equipment. A great deal of thought has been given to ensure a relaxing 'home from home' stay. The 'back' door is also on this level and opens to a large terrace and a mature garden. Both garden furniture and a bbq are provided. Off-road parking to the side of the house and easy access to the house from the side gate. The views from the garden are quite stunning across the rooftops of the village and beyond.

Two local pubs are within minutes walk both serving food. The village is less than 3 miles from the southern Cotswold town of Tetbury, famous for its antique shops.

The Shoeing Forge is ideally placed for touring - Bath, Oxford, Cheltenham are all within easy driving distance.
Short breaks available all year.

Ground floor: Entrance hall, double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room.
First floor: Sitting room, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom (with additional adult sized bunkbeds), bathroom(sh). Doorway from this level to the terrace and mature garden.
