It has two stairways; off the hallway is a fabulous sitting room with an open fire and a lovely spacious farmhouse kitchen with a large dining table that can comfortably seat 12 for dinner. Pretty crockery and quality glassware will complement any special occasion. From the kitchen the French doors lead to a large enclosed garden.

Upstairs you have the two double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities; the twin room has an en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom is a spacious family room with 3 single beds. Excellent quality throughout and very well equipped.  Stacks of parking. The high standard continues outside with the rear of the house having been landscaped; a bbq and hard wood garden furniture is provided for you to entertain in style!

This is a great rural location a few miles from Stratford-upon-Avon for the shops, theatre and popular River Avon - enjoy a coffee by the river and watch the world go by! Warwick is 15 miles away and Stow-on-the-Wold, 20 miles.  Visit the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, the Vale of Evesham, renowned for its fruit growers and, of course, the stunning Cotswolds.
