A 14th Century rambling farmhouse, luxuriously spacious with original beams, flagstones and stone walls that blend with mod-cons such as under floor heating, power showers, gas cooker, washing machine etc. The enormous main kitchen has granite tops, an Aga and a large dining table plus an extra table to allow dining for 13/14 comfortably; there is another table available for the children - plenty of room to set these up all in one room. Character and oak beams in the traditional sitting room; there are three sofas, three easy chairs and a big foot stool and a wood burning stove, (logs available), lots of bedrooms each very individual with beds being slotted in to accommodate different groups and families. 'Eagles Nest' is at the top of the house with a snug double and views! A real lived-in, comfy feel to the house (which the owner uses herself at times for parties!), offering good value accommodation when booked for family or friends to enjoy chill-out get-togethers. From the back door you have a secluded garden with furniture and a bbq, to the front is a large lawned area; the entire garden is enclosed. There is a garden sized jenga and badminton for your use; shared with the other holiday guests is a giant trampoline. Ground Floor First Floor Second Floor Stairs from this floor to a dormer bedroom with double bed. Rates given are for a maximum of 16 people; there is a surcharge of £40pp, pw in excess of this number. Please note - the owner of this house will require a returnable damage deposit of £300.
