Situated on the edge of the village this lovely cottage was once the hayloft on a working family farm.

The cottage has been finished to an excellent standard and a warm, welcoming atmosphere has been created in the cottage furnishings, excellent kitchen facilities and quality linens. Great character in the exposed stonework and beams blend well with today's lifestyle of conveniences, and there are plenty in this well equipped cottage!  Huge windows to the front for a bright aspect and views across the fields. Downstairs there is a wet-room and sofa bed offering versatility with sleeping arrangements. Upstairs you have three bedrooms and a family bathroom continuing the character with beams and unspoilt views for miles.

The Hayloft has a private patio and enclosed garden; the screened patio has been styled for privacy, furniture and bbqs available.

The farm is in the village of Lyneham within walking distance of the 'local' - the golf club; open to all for drinks/bar food and of course, a round of golf. It has a large rooftop terrace which can be a very enjoyable spot to watch the world go by.

Lots of pretty walks and bridleways, lake and river fishing on the farm and also stabling (details and charges on request). Very central being about 7 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. Trains for London/Paddington from nearby Kingham.
