Set in large secluded gardens overlooking the River Cherwell yet being just two miles from Oxford City by car or, for those who prefer, there is an adjacent cycle track and footpath. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with a pretty orchard and deck area with furniture. The slipway in the garden with private punt is available to guests throughout the summer months. You can take a picnic on the river and stop by at the local pub or travel upstream for a more peaceful trip. The pub is about a 15 minute walk. There is plenty of local wildlife and it is not uncommon to see muntjack, pheasant, kingfishers and swans.

The location and facilities make this an ideal place for a family holiday, fishing breaks, a City break or business stays.

Please note that children are welcome but guests must be aware that the gardens of this property are river frontage.
