You have the most delightful views across the 85 acre farm to the Glyme Valley and rolling open countryside and beyond. With its bridleways and footpaths there are lovely opportunities for walking, riding or cycling. Stabling for two horses with grazing (ask for details) to make the most of the super network of bridleways. There is a wealth of wildlife on the doorstep including deer, badgers, barn owls and bats - to name but a few.

The cottage is ideally situated for visiting the Cotswold towns including Woodstock (Blenheim Palace), Burford and Stow-on-the-Wold. The historic city of Oxford and the Shakespearean town of Stratford-upon-Avon are also within easy reach.

Chipping Norton, a Cotswold market town dating back to the Middle Ages, offers good restaurants, pubs, antique shops and much more. There are also excellent farm shops locally with a wonderful array of produce making 'home' cooking easy and enjoyable.
