Hill Farm Studio is a stylishly converted studio apartment detached from the main house; entrance to the studio's hallway is through your own private courtyard with pretty flower tubs and patio furniture. The afternoon sun can be enjoyed sitting by a south-facing cottage garden. 

The ground floor hallway and stairs lead to the 1st floor, open plan apartment with comfortable sitting and sleeping area.  Beautiful bed linen on the 5ft bed in pure cotton with a silk throw.  The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with four hobs, microwave and washer/drier.

There is artistic use of limestone colour and texture with oak and travertine marble floors with close attention to design and detail. The spacious shower room with quadrant power shower is tastefully decorated with Fired Earth tiles.  Fluffy towels provided!

The studio has been finished to an excellent standard with soft, muted colours for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Just a few miles from Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water;  the theatre and restaurants in Chipping Norton are around 10 miles; lovely walks to nearby villages with local pubs and the golf course at Lyneham (6 miles) is open to all.

This is a lovely spot to enjoy the quiet idyllic Cotswold countryside
