Situated on the edge of the village these lovely cottages have been converted over a 3 year period and can accommodate 20-22 people.  The latest addition, Tithe Barn, has a huge sitting/dining room and large patio; you can open the extensively glazed doors for a fabulous al fresco get-together! 

The cottages have been finished to an excellent standard and a warm, welcoming atmosphere has been created in the cottages with pretty country crockery, fluffy towels and quality bed linen.  A blend of country style and contemporary fashions work well to please all tastes.  Great character in the exposed stonework, beams, wood burner (in Tithe Barn); comfy sofas, all mod cons, and there are plenty to make your life easier here!  

The gardens are enclosed but easy access to each for a group booking; all with furniture and bbqs - children and pets welcome.

The farm is in the village of Lyneham within walking distance of the 'local' - the golf club; open to all for drinks/bar food and of course, a round of golf. It has a large rooftop terrace which can be a very enjoyable spot to watch the world go by.

Lots of pretty walks and bridleways, lake and river fishing on the farm and also stabling (details and charges on request). Very central being about 7 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. Trains for London/Paddington from nearby Kingham.

The Hayloft has 3 bedrooms - master bedroom with kingsize bed, family room with a double and a single, a single bedroom + the sofa bed.
Weathervane - 1 double bedroom + bathroom.
Tithe Barn - 4 bedrooms with kingsize beds although 2 can be made as twins if preferred, two en-suite shower room, one en-suite loo, family bathroom and the sofa bed downstairs + a cloakroom with loo.

Rates do not include the sofa beds.  If required please add £40 each.

A damage deposit of £100 for each cottage is required for all group bookings.
