The Hayloft has a private patio and enclosed garden; the screened patio has been styled for privacy, furniture and bbqs available.

The farm is in the village of Lyneham within walking distance of the 'local' - the golf club; open to all for drinks/bar food and of course, a round of golf. It has a large rooftop terrace which can be a very enjoyable spot to watch the world go by.

Lots of pretty walks and bridleways, lake and river fishing on the farm and also stabling (details and charges on request). Very central being about 7 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. Trains for London/Paddington from nearby Kingham.
