Spacious, light-filled property with lots of outdoor space set in the attractive village of Eardisland, with its pretty riverside location and black and white Tudor architecture.

This property is located in the exceptionally attractive village of Eardisland, once voted as the “prettiest village in the Midlands” by a TV survey. The River Arrow flows through the heart of the village which is home to a large number of stunning Tudor properties. There is a handy community shop in the village that stocks daily newspapers and takes pride in offering a range of local produce. There is also a welcoming pub in the village as well as two tea rooms. Places of interest in the surrounding area include the towns of Ludlow and Hay-on-Wye, Croft Castle, and Hereford Cathedral.

Opening the front door of this property, guests step into a hallway, beyond which is the spacious lounge/diner, a wonderfully light-filled space thanks to the windows and patio doors which look out over the gardens. The dining and lounge areas are two distinct spaces, with the dining table set to the right-hand side of the room, and the lounge on the other side of a wide archway. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a TV, DVD, and a delightfully cosy real fire. Off to the right of this room is the kitchen, which is equipped with an Aga oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Next to the kitchen, there is a sunny conservatory which affords lovely views of the surrounding field with its resident sheep. There is also a second lounge on the ground floor, which makes a great place for children, or a quiet relaxing space for anyone who wants to curl up with a book. On the first floor of the property there are three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin. The bathroom is also on the first floor, and offers a shower-over-bath and WC, whilst there is also a separate WC on the ground floor of the house.

Outside, there is a generously sized garden to the rear of the property which is mainly set to lawn and, with its garden furniture, makes a wonderful place for adults to relax and for children to play games. A gravel drive at the front of the property provides off-road parking for several cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
