One-of-eight delightful 14th century properties set within spacious shared grounds, located on the edge of the village of Goodrich, in the picturesque Wye Valley.

This property enjoys a stunning location in the Wye Valley. Goodrich Castle, a fine Norman castle, maintained by English Heritage, overlooks the complex and is home to a number of rare and fascinating Civil War artefacts. The ancient hill fort of Symonds Yat Rock, is just a short distance away, and affords visitors breath-taking views across the Wye Valley. Also, a short drive away is Symonds Yat West Leisure Park, where visitors can enjoy the spacious grounds, race go-karts, enjoy a river cruise, or try their luck in the amusement arcades.

This ground-floor property is accessed via its own entrance, which has several steps leading to the front door. The accommodation takes the form of a studio apartment, with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom, meaning that everything is conveniently close to hand. The space has some wonderful period features, including the exposed walls, intriguing nooks, and an ornate wooden bed, a double. The lounge area has an inviting sofa, perfect for enjoying the TV/ DVD, or curling up with a good book, whilst there is also a dining table which comfortably seats two. The kitchen, tucked away in one corner of the room, offers an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, whilst there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer available onsite. The bathroom, which has a shower-over-bath and WC is in a separate room, just off the main living space.

Outside, guests are free to wander the spacious gardens, and perhaps enjoy a picnic on the provided garden furniture. Off-road parking is provided.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
