Swinbrook is a quintessentially English village with period cottages, a great pub, cricket and the River Windrush winding its way to nearby Burford. Swinbrook is tucked away only being reached by country lanes – not a traffic jam in site! Oxford is full of places of historical industry from the University itself to the high number of museums namely the Pitts River. There are many walks around the city. Perhaps even take a gondola along one of the narrow river ways. The Cotswolds are close by with their wonderful views, picture perfect towns and world class trails.
