This small rural hamlet is ideally located for some of the simply lovely walks in the county of Oxfordshire. The immediate surroundings are level farmland so a little easier on the legs! You can walk to the river Thames and The Great Brook, a tributary of the Thames. With a history dating back to the Bronze and Neolithic ages, it's located close to the River Thames. Its thought that there was an old river crossing at Cote too.
You can also explore the historic city of Oxford, located a short distance from Cote - marvel at the architecture of its many churches and university buildings. The Cotswolds are also just a stone's throw away, with several walks to embark on and amazing views as a reward.
